Very important, and also so so so difficult to stand firm with the boundaries you've set for yourself.

It’s so difficult to assert and enforce boundaries. It’s almost impossible. It’s almost too painful. But it’s absolutely necessary! 💃

This is so important! You shouldn't need to tolerate people who make you uncomfortable.

Yes, so much. Still it’s F’ing difficult. Any tips on how to safely detect your own boundaries (or where they should be), in particular while a situation is ongoing?

Thanks for the awesome content again and hope you are doing good. I checked out your Etsy and love the fidget rings! Also love the keyrings/ go fetch key finders and will definitely be buying one from you soon. I have been trying volunteering to get me used to be around people and working again and thought id suggest a video/blog subject, maybe about ways people can volunteer to get them used to working, or the types of jobs that can be bearable for us 😊 I'm trying conservation work at a local woodland and have found some friendship and peace in the woods, and it feels good to be physically working. But I also think working at a doggy day care for example could be good, or dog walking. Just thought I'd say. But hope you are well, take care 💕

Yep, so many times, pushing in on part of people's boundaries. No means no, actually we are passing stronger laws right now here in Australia. But it's not just sexuality... I've realised I never set firm boundaries with most of my childhood friends or family, and that means them kicking in all over the place. Probably like most people with trauma, I think you feel somewhere never the same. I think you did a video on it one time. Well, basically you're right, if someone says no, or fuck off, it means exactly that....

More annoying that you have to keep reinforcing boundaries you've already established. No means no, pls..
