Does Dr. Emre have any other Bartok, or other similar pieces that feature the slide? I play slide guitar and am in my first year studying classical with a private instructor in college, though have been playing other styles quite a long time. I'm very attracted to the idea of using slide with the classical guitar. I have never heard that before, it is such a fresh sound to me. Another question, does the video represent the entire pieces as transcribed in sheet music, or are these videos a sampler?

The harmonisation is enchanting! What a great composer. And the guitar is very much in line with the feeling and intent of the music. Those trills and ornaments are so meaningful and exploit the modality with great taste. Happy to have heard this, thank you!

His guitar is the most in-tune and has the best intonation of any on YT. His playing skills are transcendental. A few points; the slide was unique and magnificent, I wonder why he doesn't use an instrument with a cutaway [just for convenience - not that he needs it!], the recording is oddly perfect. It almost isn't in sync with the visuals. What a sensation this guy is. More please.

I've loved these pieces for...decades, but had only ever busked the melodies by ear or read the piano top line. Clearly I wasn't going to be able to get these very inventive arrangements down by ear, hence totally worth buying. The glass slide on nylon strings is...daring, and it works. So pleased to have access to such a fine arrangement of Bartok's greatest hit ; very musicianly all round.

Dear Sir, I am not sure if you are aware of your talent. You are perhaps the greatest player of classical guitar now and may be of all times. However, I can't say I know much in this field. My point is you must perform in auditoriums and in concert halls. A musician peaks at 45 to 50 years and maybe you will reach that within another 10 years. I request you to record all major classical pieces written for the guitar as well as for symphony orchestras and piano/ any other particular instrument. You not only play extremely well but also have a nice arranging sense. Further, it seems you master the pieces in quick succession. I wish you to record at least 200 live auditorium performances in next 5 to 10 years, and at least 500 great ones in your lifetime. May lord bless you.

Very often we are not on that higher level to be able to andurstend and appreciate something. Than we should not say: that thing is bad, but maybe I am the one who are on lower level, so I have to grow up to that. Beautiful compositions and playing. The slide worked perfectly. Glad to hear Bartok on guitar; this sounds very natural. The dance rhythms go well with a guitar arrangement. Only thing...I wish they would take their logo off of the bottom of the screen...it distracts from the playing.

Your arrangements and performances are really incredible... I doubt I could physically pull this off even if I sat with a single arrangement for an entire month. Also, not to alarm you and it's a bit unrelated, but I noticed that the nails of your thumbs seem a bit "clubbed" (nail clubbing); that's when the nails (or the ends of the fingers, more accurately) become swollen and rounded, which often occurs due to underlying heart and lung conditions. I did go back to your channel's earliest videos and it seems to have looked similar back then as well, so perhaps it's nothing if you have always had this feature. I'm not a doctor and I possibly just misinterpreted your nails' shape, it's simply that I've read about this symptom so I thought it's important to point this out to you. In case you don't remember already having it as a kid, perhaps asking a doctor is advisable.
