I was just in Central Europe--Hungary, Poland, Austria--and found the food to all have strong family resemblances. Potatoes are prominent. Sauces. It's all a bit heavy. I found that a single meat entree was enough to probably feed 2-3 people in my group!

Rumanía es con diferencia el mejor país de sus alrededores.... Mejor en todo comida, dulces, paisaje, gente, bebidas...y gente.

I don't think anyone in Romania would claim goulash or langoshes are invented here. They are obviously Hungarian. But hey, it's good, comfort food, so I see no reason not to make it as well. We tend to adapt it a little bit, so the purists wouldn't even call it by their original name. But I guess the marketing sounds better when you call it "goulash" instead of "all things in the fridge stew"

Great video, I am curious, Which of the countries you visited in Eastern Europe is the most affordable and, which one you can get by with English the most? Cheers

I think Bulgaria or Moldova is easily the most affordable (more videos coming from those places). As for getting by with English, I think Poland would be the easiest!
