Every time I see this wonderful family, I feel compassion. How I wish it could have been a different ending. Their souls live, and that no one can take away from them. Ever since I have been fixated on their lives and history and a desire to learn more about them. They were not all about the pomp and extravagance. They were in this world but not of it. I believe they held fast to their faith and each other. Thank you for bringing light to where we all can see it. From the beginning to the end, they were one, and their love for each other was beautiful. Thank you for your wonderful work. 🙏🏽

Wonderful video! I am amazed that the Bolsheviks did not destroy this historic site since they were experts at erasing history which displeased whichever criminals were ruling Russia at any given time. Two cases in point --- de-Stalinization and the erasure of Khrushev post 1964. The portrait of the heir should have a place of honour. It is a priceless artifact.

The film uses only voiced letters and diaries of the Royal Family against the background of the corresponding video sequence without any additional comments. The film is very good, but unfortunately very little known. Maybe you will have the desire and opportunity to make a translation and demonstrate it to your subscribers? Thx for posting the video, BUT I have some comments for what was said in the video: 1. The reporter said that Tzarevich Alexei, His Father Tzar Nikolai 2, Tzarina Alexandra, and his 4 sisters (Grand Duchess Olga, Grand Duchess Tatjana, Grand Duchess Maria and Grand Duchess Anastasia) was killed in 1917. BUT thats wrong, the Imperial family was killed on the night to July 17th, 1918 (around 02.30-03.00). 2, The reporter said they ruled Russia for 300 years, and the women said "No for 400 years". So what's right here, she corrected the reporter, BUT she was wrong and the reporter was right. Tzar Michael 1 was elected by the National People's army to become Tzar on February 7th, 1613. Tzar Nikolai 2 abducated the Throne on February 23rd, 1917, and in his 1th abuducation letter he wrote that he abdicated in favor of his son Tzarevich Alexei and Grand Duke Michael as regent until his son is old enough, BUT later that evening he changed the abdication letter and abdicated for himself and his family. And he named Grand Duke Michael as the new Tzar. Grand Duke Michael was Tzar for 12 hours before he declined the offer of becoming Tzar. That was a little more info about what happened . BUT back to what was said: They Romanov family ruled Russia for 304 years, so its clear that the reporter was right and the women was wrong. 3. Yakov Yurovsky when to Moscov and delivered a report and the valuables to the Revolutionary Committee member Trifonov, and told Lenin about it. Lenin knew about it, and he recognized by Lenin for the Killings of the Imperial Family. This is updated on March 29th 2019. Letters and other information can be found in the Archives (Russian History Archive in Moscow) God save the Memory of The Imperial Family.
