What a diversifidet repatuar played here in this concert. Pop made to heave swing and great diffrent singers ! and also great ballads. WOW Wish I was there live. But great I se and here this on youtube.

Shout out to the ever improving Lola on tenor sax. Rarely makes a mistake. Good tone and nice feel for the music. Look after her, she is going to go far.

These musical selections of jazz pieces are out of this world! The arrangement is as usual beyond outstanding. Very enjoyable Mr. Chamorro. Hats off to these talented musicians. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all! Holiday greetings from Orange Park, Florida, USA.

Phantastic! Obviously, it's Sant Andreu Jazz Choir featuring Elsa, with the wonderful soloists Claudia, Èlia, Koldo, Perot and (as the topping on the stage) Edu, accompanied by Scott, Joan and others.

[ Español ] Por enésima vez gracias, Roman, por otro magnífico video del Jazzing. Me encantan estos ensembles de la Sant Andreu Jazz Band compuestos por ex-miembros consagrados (Élia Bastida, Joan Martí, Edu Ferrer, Arnau Juliá) y chavales de la actual banda (Claudia Rostey, Perot Rigau, Elsa Armengou, Koldo Munné, Pau García, Lola Peñaranda, Gerard Peñaranda): experiencia y frescura, madurez e insultante juventud. Y si les unimos a dos de los mejores saxos de la historia del Jazz mundial como Scott Hamilton y Joel Frahm, pues no se puede pedir más. Ah, el maestro Chamorro dirigiendo desde el contrabajo, como hace años. Dificil destacar alguno de los jóvenes sobre el resto, pero los solos de Joan Martí son de nivel mundial, el reciente descubrimiento de Perot Rigau como vocalista (pena que su idea no sea seguir en el Jazz, sino dedicarse a la música clásica), el cada vez más asentado Edu "Sinatra" Ferrer, el brillante futuro de Claudia Rostey como vocalista, la imparable progresión y madurez de Koldo Munné y por supuesto la increíble versatilidad de la genial e hiperactiva Élia Bastida, que lo mismo toca el saxo, el violín, canta en portugués y en inglés, trabaja en la organización del festival y hasta recoge el escenario al acabar, si hiciera falta. [ Y una pequeña curiosidad: Elsa Armengou haciendo los coros con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja ¿dónde quedó su timidez 😉? ] [ English ] Thank you for the umpteenth time, Roman, for another magnificent Jazzing video. I love these ensembles of the Sant Andreu Jazz Band composed of former established members (Elia Bastida, Joan Martí, Edu Ferrer, Arnau Juliá) and kids from the current band (Claudia Rostey, Perot Rigau, Elsa Armengou, Koldo Munné, Pau García , Lola Peñaranda, Gerard Peñaranda): experience and freshness, maturity and insulting youth. And if we join them with two of the best saxophones in the history of world Jazz like Scott Hamilton and Joel Frahm, well, you couldn't ask for more. Ah, maestro Chamorro conducting from the double bass, like years ago. It is difficult to highlight any of the young people above the rest, but Joan Martí's solos are world-class, the recent discovery of Perot Rigau as a vocalist (a shame that his idea is not to continue in Jazz, but to dedicate to classical music), the increasingly established Edu "Sinatra" Ferrer, the bright future of Claudia Rostey as a vocalist, the unstoppable progression and maturity of Koldo Munné and of course the incredible versatility of the brilliant and hyperactive Élia Bastida, who also plays the sax, the violin , sings in Portuguese and English, works in the organization of the festival and even picks up the stage when it's over, if necessary. It seems Claudia is now the main singer for the band. She is wonderful. I remember when the band had so many girl singers…and all were wonderful.
