Love this kind of "old school" expositional preaching! Not that common these days, sadly.

Praise God for his generous gift of his son Jesus Christ dying for our sins to set us free of every curse and give eternal life! In accordance with this word and romans 5:12-21, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 I bind God his grace to be greater than any sin in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquitances, opponents and the body of Christ, binding to hell every unequal yoke and common share with anyone whose sin is greater than God his grace, in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah ❤!

Hello Bro David Guzik. I personally have been watching your ministry for a while as many others have. I also watch Bro Gino Jennings but not as in depth as I do you. My pastor recently did a sermon showing us that apostasy is real. The once saved, always saved mindset of many is bad. Many Christians don't read, pray, nor hate sin (fear the Lord) but proclaim to be heaven bound. I believe all three of you really want people to know truth. There is no time for the slightest hint of sugar coating the Word of God. Stay faithful my brother in Jesus name, Amen

This Sermon is false, but you want truth, good. Death spread to all men because access to eternal life was lost by Adam, even those who did no sin. In Romans 5:12 "all" is not everyone, it is cumulative, all that have sinned shall die due to the change in Gods law with Moses. Jesus on the Cross returned access to all, but only the many that are in Christ and live by faith not sin, else by sin they die. I have a Ytube video series 'Myths in so-called Christianity' for NT truth.

@@simonskinner1450explain what you say is false in this audio. Who hasn’t sinned? Are you saying you haven’t? Or you don’t?
@simonskinner14505 ай бұрын
@@janeecejjf2001the error is that when Adam sinned he made us sinners, but when Adam sinned he died and that caused us all to die, not because we have sinned as Romans 5:14 tells us "even over them that had not sinned". So due to Adam we have no access to eternal life, even if you do not sin you shall die. When it says "and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned" in Romans 5:12, it is not because everyone in the world has sinned, but all that sin shall die by the law as a principle "death by sin". The Greek for all means the cumulative amount of all concerned in the context, and the context is sin, so all that sin shall die or the wages of sin is death. In the words of Paul he had not sinned before he came under the letter of the law, as Romans 7:7 "I had not known sin, but by the law", as he says the 20 commandments made him sin because he lacked faith. I addressed the preaching of David Guzic in his misunderstanding of sin, which is also found in my Ytube video series 'Myths in so-called Christianity', specifically video #28.

@@janeecejjf2001 Not everyone has sinned. When Romans 5:12 says "for that all have sinned", this means due to "death by sin" death for all who have sinned. "All" in Greek is all those in context of the argument, and the argument is the law of death for sin, which was incorporated into the Torah given by Moses. But death reigned due to Adam because access to eternal life was removed not that everyone had sinned, as it says in Romans 5:14 "death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned" because no human had access to the tree of life. Adam brought corporeal death not spiritual death, but Jesus came to return access to eternal life, and those in Christ can go to heaven.

If there’s a Believing/ born again parent of a young child who passes way, the child is sanctified and goes to Heaven. This you spoke about, brother David. If the ungenerated parents’ child passes way would this signal the child is not in Heaven or do we still preach and teach Gods abundant mercy to that child just as the sanctified child?
@janeecejjf20015 ай бұрын
This certainly did start with a hard pill to swallow. That babies aren’t innocent because of Adam’s sin. But I don’t believe any baby goes to hell. I believe maybe this is why certain religions baptize babies, but baptism comes with faith. Babies go to heaven because we have a loving God. Babies have no Knowledge of accountability or right from wrong. Death is imminent because of Adam’s sin, but God Himself says he will no longer punish children for their father’s sins. We face death because of Adam’s sin, but we are not accountable for Adam’s sin. But praise be to God that through His Son’s sacrifice of crucifixion and even more so His resurrection, we can have the gift of eternal life.

We were brought into Adam long before our choice in the sandbox to hit that little girl over the head. All of creation was made subject to vanity against its own will by the reasoning of God. (See Rom8:19-24) God has been in control since before day one. All goes according to plan.
@ba.anderson Жыл бұрын
This is why we wanted the truck from that little girl in the sandbox and chose to identify with Adam. But just as sure as we were made subject to vanity, it was surely not in our heart to identify with Adam... just as it may not be in our heart today to identify with Christ.

"He had the assurance that his baby would meet him in heavean... that's what he says... he said I know that I will go and meet him in heaven" Is it not true that our own presuppositions about going to heaven when we die must be entered into the text of 2Sam12 in order to assert that's where King David believed his child was? An honest look at this particular text only reveals how the king was convinced he should one day join his child in death. In fact, does David not give praise to Yahweh in the 16th Psalm for his assurance of God to not leave his very own being, his very soul, "in hell" (KJV) or "among the dead" (NLT) which is also referred to as "Sheol" (ESV) or "the grave" (CEV)? Is it not scripturally evident how David knew his child was in the grave and one day he would go to him?? Death shall one day be abolished. Death shall be destroyed. Until then, death is our enemy! It's not a FastPass ticket to being alive somewhere else! Let me speak clearly to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day! He's not in heaven with his child. Peter testifies of this truth on the day o Pentecost in Acts2:29-35. King David "hath not ascended into the heavens" but he shall not be abandoned among the dead in "hell" (Sheol). We don't need to be teaching the "age of accountability" or some other means of escaping endless misery and suffering or annihilation orher than by the means of the cross. The true take home of Rom5:12-21 makes this clear. It really does come down to a battle between two guys, Adam vs Christ.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it sounds like you are espousing a form of universalism, which teaches that all people go to Heaven. If that is the case, then I would disagree with you. Jesus stated clearly that one must be born again in order to see the Kingdom of God. Jesus also stated in John 3:19 that the condemnation was that people would choose darkness instead of light, because their deeds were evil.

@DavidGuzikEnduringWord Have you not heard of the restoration of all things? Have you not heard of the priests of the next age who go out from Zion to examine those outside the city? They shall be an abhorrence to all flesh. Their worm shall never die nor shall their fire be quenched. For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt. "Come out of her my people..."

@DavidGuzikEnduringWord I've been considering your comment over and over for the past 18 hours. You do rightly point out how we must all be born again in order to see the kingdom of God. Somewhere along the line, we've all been taught that the context of Jn3:16 applies to where believers and non-believers go when they die as if to see the kingdom means to leave earth and go somewhere else. Is this really what Jesus is talking about here?? What if it's not? The Apostle John provides us with more insight I perceive into what Jesus was alluding to in the presence of Nicodemus and his stooges in 1Jn4:12-14 1 John 4:12-14 KJV(i) 12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. 13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. 14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. Friend, have you seen the kingdom of God? Jesus also says in the context of Jn3:16 how no one has ascended into heaven except he who descends out of heaven. I'm not pursuaded that this has anything to do with galactic space travel but the aqcuiring of the knowledge of "heavenly things" such as the miracles Nicodemus took note of. Jesus said, unless one is born again, he is not [g1410.dunamai] able to see the kingdom of God. This ability, this "dynamite" power is in the PRESENT verb tense. As in, those having been born from above, or born "again," are currently able to perceive the kingdom of God. They don't have to die and go to heaven to see the kingdom. What testimony does the Apostle John indicate in his first epistle that those having seen the kingdom of God have as evidence of the Spirit of God abiding in them and they in God? "And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world." - 1Jn4:14 Pastor David, is Jesus the Saviour of the world? or not? If Jesus is the Saviour of the world, shall not the world be saved? Eventually?

@DavidGuzikEnduringWord I'm often consumed by these thoughts of mine. I know God deals to each of us the measure of faith we have as well as our given disposition, so when the moment of question comes to mind while listening to your disortation, I'm often prompted to share it with others. I'm sure I bring nothing new to the table for you to dismiss, but there may come a time when the seed takes root. You don't have to reply, but I pray you still read. God has my thoughts being shared for a reason. If he doesn't give you the rebuttal to share, perhaps it's not meant to refute. The Type of Him Who Was To Come I love this premise established by Paul in this passage of study. How much clearer could he have been? Adam has made us all sinners - Jesus will make us all righteous. Adam has brought us all down - Jesus will bring us all up. The same many who were made sinners by Adam are the same many who will be made righteous by Jesus! Any ratio other than 1:1 fails to be the [g5179.tupos] "type" of Him who was to come. Any percentage of those made sinners by Adam to be made righteous by Christ, which is other than 100%, fails to be the type of Him who is to come. HELPS Word-studies 5179 týpos (from 5180 /týptō, "strike repeatedly") - properly, a model forged by repetition; (figuratively) the correct paradigm, based on reliable precedent for others to then follow, (i.e. the right example, a proper pattern).

Anyone notice how the definite article [g3588.ho] translated "the" along with OFFENSES is not translated along with MANY by most translations? It's as if they're walking back the consequence of Adam's disobedience in order to rob from Christ the consequence of his obedience! It's a sad commentary indeed to teach how all mankind will not be made subject to the obedience of Christ in as much as all mankind was made subject to the disobedience of Adam. As a witness... "the" many who were made sinners are the same many who die and the same many the gift of grace shall abound to. Howbeit, every man in his own order. Not all receive this grace now. That's for Part2
