Constructive feedback: consider less talk about sales performance and more talk about watches and content addressing what’s going on in the watch community. Your sales targets/performance and terminating sales staff for not performing should be an internal thing. You are a private company (not publicly held), so talking about sales performance to the Watch community becomes white noise, boring, meaningless and/or braggadocios. Majority of consumers/watch enthusiast really could care less about your internal sales numbers. If you don’t believe that, just survey/poll your audience. The holiday party, watch content, dynamics of the market, good collabs with good partners (please no more Traxx NYC collabs) show LB in a more positive light.

Yeah. Trust us nobody wants to see any more of “traxnyc” All else aside: look at Nico’s popularity surge over the last 6months. But even more importantly look how much he’s grown in the last 6weeks. This tells many things… People like his style and it’s not imitable. Long and short of it: the watch community likes him and does not like trax and his crew. So I’d be staying away from that especially given the type of personality he is . Won’t take much for them to vanish in a storm of controversy. That’s my prediction anyway and I wouldn’t want my business having anything to do with “trax” On a side note: started watching these guys yesterday because I think it’s time to sell my dads Daytona. (It was his grail piece- a bi metal Daytona, black face, gold chronograph and hands) i have converted him to AP now though. Moment he saw mine I knew I’d done it. Now comes the hard part because sadly he’s at the age where he’s paranoid about scams. I just learned that my mother didn’t buy it from an AD 🤬
