This is just awful, and that is a lot of money regardless of your status. You put your trust in people and some of them just flat-out let you down. It's just a sad fact of human nature, but we learn from each event. It's not the knocks a company takes which defines it; it's the way that company responds and comes back from those knocks that is most telling.
