We used:
Cream - 600 ml
Gelatin - 10 g
Sugar - 100 g
Kaffir lime - 4 leaves
The ideal proportion for panna cotta is 5 g of gelatin per 300 g of liquid.
Heat the cream to a light boil. Add sugar and mix. When the cream is hot, it feels over-sweetened. But when cooled, the sweetness is lost.
Add 4 sheets of Kafir lime and wait until the cream has cooled to 55-65 ° C.
Meanwhile, we throw the gelatin leaves into cold water and leave them to soften.
We take out the leaves of the Kafir lime, check the temperature. If everything is OK, we throw in gelatin.
We take it out, squeeze it out, add it to the cream, mix it and let it completely dissolve.
Pour into molds.
Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. The larger the portion, the longer it will freeze.
Before serving, it is better to take the panna cotta out of the refrigerator for 10 minutes so that the texture of the dessert becomes even smoother.
If your serving option is panna cotta on a plate, then pour it into metal molds, and before putting it out, dip the molds in hot water for 1 second, but so that it does not fall on the panna cotta, and it will easily move away from the walls.

• Cherry tomatoes - 40 g
• Baked chicken - 100 g
• Bacon - 30 g
• Caesar sauce - 50 ml
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Bread - 1 toast
Put the bacon in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 10 minutes, and the bread for 3 minutes.
We knock out the stalk from the iceberg and break it into 4 parts. Cut the cherry into 4 slices, chicken into slices, cheese with a peeler.
We take out the bread and cut it into cubes.
We plop the sauce on a plate, put an iceberg on top and add a little sauce to the leaves. Next, spread the tomatoes, croutons, chopped bacon, chicken breast, cheese, egg next to it and add more sauce.

Broth (chicken, vegetable, fish) - 1L 200 ml

🍴Garlic - 1 clove
Thyme - 7 g
Sunflower/olive oil - 30 ml
🍴Butter - 60 g

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Or garlic can be passed through a garlic press. We leave the thyme branch alone.
Pour the oil into a saucepan and fry the onion over medium heat. You can check the temperature by throwing some onions. If it hisses, we throw everything in.
When the onion turns golden, we throw in a branch of thyme and immediately rice. Fry the rice at 180 ° C (this is slightly above medium heat). Stir without letting it burn.
Fry for one minute and pour enough wine to just cover the rice. Evaporate and pour the broth, again just to cover the rice and that's it.
In total, add wine 1 time and broth 6 times. All this time, cook over medium heat (120 ° C), stirring constantly. After adding the last broth, evaporate the liquid to half and add 60 g of butter.
The liquid rises up during cooking, so you need to stir to understand the amount.
Add the butter and stir over very low heat until it completely dissolves. The oil will add softness and additional flavor.
Pour in the parmesan and stir until the cheese is completely dissolved.
You can add a little lemon juice to make the cheese taste more pronounced.. If you cook with risotto with mushrooms, add lemon necessarily.
Add salt only at the very end. If you add salt and continue cooking, the dish may turn out to be too salty.
Put the garlic when it has already been removed from the heat.
Take out a branch of thyme and spread it out.

Привет, классные рецепты + За сет из блюд и объяснение подачи + За мелкие нюансы Немного не понял откуда появилась гранита в панакоте, возможно ты уже показывал в предыдущих рецептах про неё, но при процессе готовки об этом не упомянул. Она проста появилась)) И самый главный момент! С синим фоном + сам Ютуб и в итоге 40% экрана на телефоне бездействуют Как насчёт того, что бы твоё лого и видео полоска были просто вотермарками, но без самого синего фона.
