I don’t comments on videos much, but this piece of work just brought some tears to my eyes.. Thank you for lighting that self-adequacy light in us, at least thank you for trying. To me, you are one of the bravest people i have ever seen. Yes, you are enough, we are enough. There is always a better version of us. A wonderful beginning, Chelsea. It reminds me of importance to take a deep breath and really find a joy in the present moment. I've recently discovered your channel, because I was planning a trip to Izmir. In the end I decided to travel to Antalya (not there yet).

Thank you for sharing your new journey with us. You're setting a good example to Turks. Turkish culture is all about comparisons, jealousy/showing off, and inferiority complex. (Even the top politicians openly say, "Itibardan tasarruf olmaz.") Unfortunately, fish don't realize they're in water, though. So, those who have not even set a foot outside Turkey have difficulty understanding what of their ingrained habits and behaviors are actually expressions of these unwholesome traits. My impression is that Turkish people tend to look down upon activities like yoga and meditation, too (even if some may pretend otherwise in order not to look closed-minded). I'm guessing Izmir may be slightly different, though.

Turn to the one and only true God (Allah), Chelsea.Submit yourself to him & be content with his decree and know that only He controls everything and pray to Him! Try to concentrate on the blessings you have, to always be content and grateful. You have good health, when many are tested with sickness, you have something to eat and drink, when many are tested with poverty and others are indeed starving, you are in a country where u feel relatively safe, when others are in war torn countries with no security whatsoever. This is enough to make us feel blessed and content and grateful to our creator. In times of difficulties we’re instructed to be patient (& there’s wisdom behind each hardship/difficulty & a lot to learn). This world is an imperfect world, we’re only here for a short time preparing for our eternal abode, depending on how we lived our life here (and if we were believers and obedient to our creator and sustainer), so that’s what we should be focusing on, working hard for our next and eternal life!
