Holly I have been watching your videos for a long time. You used to kind of, not always, do what some of the other influencers did. But for a while now you have been changing and developing. Going your own way. I just love the things you are doing. Lovely, just lovely.

I live in Ontario, Canada and it’s been cold here. I definitely hibernate after Christmas. It’s such a busy season, it’s nice to kick back and relax. I read, declutter and organize which feels so good. That’s my way of resetting for the new year. Love your videos!

I make Italian beef in a bucket which is the beef brisket( not corned beef) a pack.of the Italian dry dressing, 2 jars of pepperoncini with the liquid and I jar of gardeners (carrots, cauliflower celery etc pickled) that jar drained. Cook 8 hours slow. Shred serve on a good hard roll with some drippings on it.

You had me at pot roast! 😊. I’m definitely going to try this version as well as the yummy toast ya’ll made. We still have snow on the ground here in WNC so this will hit the spot! I enjoy your podcast so much! You always give great ideas and inspire me in my home decorating. Keep sharing Jesus & your love for family. ❤️❄️

Those potatoes look delicious. You can make up a batch of gravy mix, 1 cup flour 1 Tbs beef bullion 1 Tbs onion powder 1 Tbs garlic powder 1/2 Tbs pepper 1 tsp parsley Can add dehydrated onions and sub in Chicken bullion. I can remember mom letting me get out the good China and setting the table and lightning candles. I loved to do this. I'm actually making up this gravy mix tomorrow. I bought some new storage jars at TJ max today.

I'm going to have to try that gravy mix thanks for sharing!

Have you used slow cooker liners? Makes cleanup so easy. My roast recipe is one stick unsalted butter, one pkg dry ranch dressing & one pkg french dip au jus. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Delicious! We had snow in TX last week.

Yes but they make me nervous…I heard your cooking plastic in your food and the toxins and that made me think lol

Forget micro plastics…cooking food in plastic is adding macro plastics an ingredient 😂

Its still very cold. Im looking at my heating mats, lighting kits, and seed packets. Im ready to try my tomatoe seeds, and peppers. I will probably wait 1 more week. I did not see snow but i watched the storm chasers. Recipe looks yummy.

I can't believe y'all got snow in Bama. We've lived by Enterprise and only saw flurries once. What a sweet, cozy video! I make a French dip roast, sear it in a little olive oil w S&P, put in crockpot, then add onions and garlic in pan, add beef broth & Worcestershire sauce, pour over roast, add a bit of thyme and rosemary. Idk how it would be w venison. The heaters are nice. Enjoy your patio time. The breakfast looks yummy! 😋 I do avocado on crackers w everything bagel seasoning for a light lunch. Casen pj's are too cute! 🥰 God bless! ❤

Hollie, I enjoyed sharing in your cozy snow day! In a previous video you mentioned that you sometimes wait until the day after Valentine's to start your get ready for Spring diet/exercise routine. For years I would try to start at the first of the year but would end up having to re-start several times due to various circumstances, so I finally adopted Feb 15th as my GET SERIOUS day and it works for me. It allows me to enjoy the holidays and cozy winter hibernation guilt-free and still gives me plenty of time to GET IT IN GEAR. Life is too short not to enjoy every moment. Happy Hibernation Season! 🥶☃❄

Mmm... sounds so good. But I can't do spices. I have a stomach condition to where my food is supposed to be bland, but I use a little bit of spices. For a little flavor anyway. My husband got used to it. He's so sweet! I really wish my husband and I lived where it only snowed a little for winter. Up here in Alaska, it's loons and cold in the winter! I always say so much on here. You probably think I'm weird, but I love watching you videos! You and your family and your home are so beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing! God bless! Love hugs and prayers, my friends! ✨️😇💖🤗🙏✨️

God Bless your sweet little family and for shining your light in a very dark world!🌟 You were asking about a healthier option for your packaged seasonings. I make my own mixes and store them in small mason jars. For example ....the ranch I add onion powder garlic powder dried dill salt (which you can control the amounts )pepper onion flakes and dried parsley and dried chives. This also makes a yummy dip just add sour cream 😋 I hope this helps you.

We eat a lot of Mississippi chicken! I use chicken, butter, ranch, au jus gravy mix, and the Pepperoncini and juice. Sometimes I will dice up potatoes and throw them in there. Sometimes it's just the basic recipe. Everyone loves it (and I have a picky 5 year old). Those potatoes sounded and looked delicious. I will have to try those! Thanks for such a cozy video. ❤

The meals look wonderful Hollie.. you asked for seasoning suggestions and I know how careful you are with chemicals and what you consume so I wanted to let you know a lot of foods including some gravy mixes and onion soup mixes and other foids.. now have bioengineered ingredients in them.. it is in most everything now.. I read every label and have found so many.. in Europe bio engineered ingredients are banned from the foods yet the US allows it.. we the consumers dont know exactly what the Ingredients are.. it should be banned here too.. just wanted you to know so you can be watchful for your sweet family.. God bless..

I just loved this video Hollie! I’m so enjoying hibernating in cozy blankets by the fireplace 🩷 Definitely get my motivation more in the springtime 😊 Also, I’ve been waiting a while to do this, but I’m really interested in getting started using young living products. I know I could just go on their website but I’d rather use any links that you have so that you could get an incentive. Should I just email you?
