The video shows thePonte Sant' Angelo Bridge in Rome Italy , in front of Castel Sant' Angelo. There are about 5 boats (house boats, barges, and a Tevere dinner/tour cruise boat) that due to the Rome floods have broken free from their moorings. The have been crushed and wedged between the arches of the bridge.
The situation is quite dangerous because the boats are obstructing the flow of water. To prevent any further rising of water and pressure against thePonte Sant' Angelo the fire service have been ordered to dismantle the boats.
You can appreciate the height of the water if you consider that the normal level of the water is about 1 to 2 meters below the cycling lane and the cycling lane is now about 7 meters under water!

Well, I definitely see at least 3 boats: one houseboat in the foreground, one behind that with the windows and the blue horizontal stripe and the boat on the left obscured by the leaves. OK, anybody spot the other?
