The pizza at 12:35 it should be/is a Roman pizza, it's just different from the Roman on the pan (like Bonci for example), the Neapolitan is with the high crust (8:35 here). Sorry for my English, I hope you ate (at least) decently, unfortunately when there are all those people it's not always possible. 🍺
