Really nice acceleration in and out of his breaks, impressive release package for a rookie, a natural hands-catcher and tracks the ball well. Had 5 drops, mainly due to concentration and learning the offense. I expect that to be fixed sooner than later. Pretty good top end speed as well. Could stand to be a bit more physical, but with the production so far and the projection this looks like an A+ pick in the 4th round.

Theres a night and day difference between rodgers before and after the giants game. That broken thumb on his throwing hand affected his accuracy more than we realized.

I've never understood the love affair with Doubs. Let alone knuckleheads who make comparisons to guys like Nelson or Adams. As a UNLV season ticket holder, I watched a lot of Doubs. He was a good player on a bad team and played against lesser tier defensive backs in the mountain west. Not elite guys. He had an OK, albeit, uninspiring combine, and goes in the fourth round. Most believe the Packers probably could have gotten him later in the draft but they were desperate. He's put in the perfect situation in GB with little competition in the WR room (especially with Watson out). Despite so many opportunities last season, so many, Doubs delivered EXACTLY what I predicted on Baz's station Week 1: "around 400 yards and a few TDs". I was ruthlessly shunned--had never read so much hate. No one, not a single KZbin Packers channel expert made a prediction. I did. The truth is he's not a natural route runner, and struggles with separation. His hands are a bit iffy too. He's a pre-season Hall of Famer. His regular season wasn't horrible for a rookie player, some promising signs, but on this team desperate for a WR??? He should have done more. It's OK to cheer for the underdog. However, it's more likely the Packers draft and sign players who knocks Doubs even further down the line.
