14:19 - if you want to write on wood and don’t want it to bleed, sand it and then ‘paint’ a layer of white liquid glue and wait for it to dry. We cut a circle from the trunk of our Christmas tree every year, make it into an ornament, write our names and the year! Works like a charm!

I like the floor lamp in it’s new location, but think the shade needs to be a touch darker. It might look different in person, but on screen it disappears against the wall. You can put it on your next list.😉 The house is beautifully decorated for Christmas.

For the ice skating rink, if you want it shiny but not reflective, you could use clear nail polish over the white ceramic! Or spray with a glossy clear sealer :)

Reminds me of when I was a child! We lived in a big old house that, oddly, didn't have a fireplace. My mom hung our stockings on the stairs like that! Christmas morning was so fun - you'd grab your stocking on the way down and open all the things in there first and then the big stuff under the tree!

I just received all three candles! They are sooooo good. Each scent is unique but they all still compliment each other. When I opened the box the scents coming from it were exquisite. No more smelling 50 candles at home goods to try and find the perfect scent😂 These are by far the most complex candles I have ever owned❤

The stockings on your staircase really elevated that area. Love it! The Fab Fit Fun Advent calendar gifts were nice! Their seasonal subscription boxes are worth it... imo. I still have an oversized black and beige scarf from 4 or 5 years back. It's super soft and cozy. And I can't get enough of Kinsley. OMG, hearing her in the background playing with the ornament had me smiling, then hear you calling her out...made me almost spit my drink out! Lol

Kingsley is in the centre of every unboxing as if it’s her channel. She’s so tiny she could easily fall in and disappear. She can’t get a look in one way little miss smarty finds another way round the back and through your arm. Yeah, she was very busy in this vlog. Loved how you arranged the stockings on the banister.

Nothing beats a good running list! I can't function without one. Even just the writing it down secures it into my brain a bit so I remember most of it anyway. And adding stuff as you go for the sheer pleasure of crossing it off so you can give yourself that seek-satisfied smile makes day! You got a ton of things accomplished this day, MaCenna! The stockings looked perfect there! Love the lamp, maybe just not there permanently. Floor lamps need something to anchor them to their space because they're visually so top-heavy. For now, maybe move the little table back to add some bulk and weight to the bottom half of the lamp. Leave the top clear and just move the wreath a little lower to balance it all out. For a more permanent solution, the lamp needs to be next to the sofa at one of the back corners. Or a chair, but your chairs are on the other side of the room where you don't need light and have a walk through from the front door - awkward and unappealing. Maybe you'll find a spot for it in the family room when you get to that room? Kinsley is such a little darling! She's so active and just can't wait to see what her Mommy's doing! ❤

Is the old security panel wired into the electric? If so, seems like you could easily drop the wires down when removing the security panel and install an outlet there to be able to plug in the lamp without running the cord super far. Also, that’s not an devint calendar, it’s a 12 days of Christmas calendar! An advent calendar is 24 or 25 days long, counting down until Christmas Day. A 12 days of Christmas calendar STARTS on Christmas Day, like the song.

Advent Calendars go through the season of Advent which leads up to Christmas. The box you got is for the 12 Days of Christmas which starts Christmas Day. Probably been said but the first day of Christmas is Christmas Day 😊 1=12/25 2=12/26 3=12/27 4=12/28 5=12/29 6=12/30 7=12/31 8=1/1 9=1/2 10=1/3 11=1/4 12=1/5 Then Epiphany, the day the Magi (Kings/wise men) are celebrated is 1/6 But I’m all for opening as many days as you want to!!!

You can spray a thin film of artificial snow for windows on a piece of mirror for the skating rink. Fluff snow around it making it a natural organic shape. Place trees randomly and benches.

You really should acknowledge all of your Auden Lueur customers who haven’t gotten their candles yet. It’s obvious you didn’t have enough inventory at launch, don’t have enough staff to fulfill orders, or simply aren’t organized enough to fulfill orders in the order they come in, but whatever the reason you should let people know you see them and are learning from your mistakes. Saying “I see you” and “I’m sorry” often means a lot, even if it doesn’t change anything

She didn’t explain why it took so long to start shipping, just blamed “shipping at this time of year” as the reason for why things were delayed, which is BS bc it was clearly the step of getting candles mailed that was the hold up, not that shipping was taking long once the carrier had the packages. Do they only have one person packaging orders? Did they not have enough inventory at the start or are the candles made-to-order and so the packaging was delayed by manufacturing issues? And why can’t the Canadian orders be processed after more than a month since launch? In truth she hasn’t really addressed any of the missteps with her product launch (and there have been quite a few). It’s not great customer service at the least, and it’s not great business practice from someone who supposedly worked in corporate and commerce for years and years and would thus presumably have some idea about how to run a business
