Must tell you the movie is as far off the truth as truth is from falsehood. Benedict is portrayed as one too cautious and too weak and Francis as bold and vibrant. What is not shown for truth is, who is Peter, the Rock, on whom the church is built. Francis is whittling away at the foundations of the church and giving in to popular sentiments. He is being global, being political and being inclusive, at the expense of his duty to stick to God's Word and the truth. Benedict is a man of God, a man of character and a man of integrity. Francis is going for being the popular man who embraces the sins of all and says they all go to heaven be they followers of whatever. For all Christians, we follow Jesus only as He is the ONLY way, the truth and the life. Please do not be misguided by these movies.
