Quetal como estas Christian, nuevamente dejame felictarte por tan amplio canal que tienes en especial en referencia de todo lo que es sobre CCNA. Muy buena preparacion no solo a la hora de explicar si no tambien en el desarrollo de los temas en PK. Queria comentarte que en algunos de tus videos tu tienes las instrucciones y es de mucha ayuda y en otros tienes el packet tracer, pero por alguna razon no descargar ninguno me dice q se contacte el administrador en este caso tu ya que el archivo ya fue descargado muchas veces. Hay algun folder q tengas en Google drive donde se encuentren las instrucciones de los PK con los PK para poder referirme a ese path para las descargas? Saludos y espero tus comentarios

hey chris I have a question. the reason why in MIN 17:40 you summaraized the loopbacks and apply the summarization on the s0/0/0 interface is because to get to those loopback addresses you ll be using the s0/0/0 interface? so in other words you are advertising the summarized loopback addresses through the s0/0/0? thank you man you are badass man!

thank you, the reason is notify or advertise that address summary on the serial interface and share that information on that side of the network

Shouldnt it be just "network 172.31.0.0" if its asking for classful? The command is legal without a netmask, which is exactly what a classful address is, right?

For EIGRP you can use the classful network address for the loopback interfaces (10.0.0.0/8). But when you want to do a summary and notify it on serial interfaces you must use classless (10.10.0.0/22).

Perry, the Reason is this, Its for classful that means its has to be a /8 , 16, 24 subnet. You have to understand your ip classes. A 172 on R1 is a class B ip. so its a /16 and the 10. ip on R2 is a Class A. so its 10.0.0.0 0.255.255.255 subnet

Que tal Christian. Cuando descargo este pka file y lo abro el IPV4-Branch no lo puedo ver porque esta tapado por la texto con direcciones, no lo puedo mover ya que moverlo no esta permitido. Como puedo solucionar esto?

puedes usar versiones anteriores de packet tracer, otra forma más accesible es usar la lupa para agrandar o achicar de esa forma se hacen espacios, por último puedes conectar un cable de consola para configurar desde una PC

al configuarar una red con clase por ejemplo la de esta practica puedes configurarla simplemente con los commandos - network 172.31.0.0 - sin necesidad de poner su wild card, cierto? . Saludos.
