There's an episode where Romesh took his mum's polling card in as a mascot because he doesn't trust her to vote. And Jon does a bit where improvs a new national anthem by chanting "This is Britain, this is Britain.." then Romesh says "I want this to be sang to my mum just before they deport her". That should have been here I lost my shit when I first saw it 😂😂

He talks about the road to becoming an actual full time comedian and how risky it all was, talks about his youth, his struggles and all of that whilst being funny without fail. Great read!

They couldn't be more different. Sean was the master of timing and obscure humour, a genuine normal bloke who made every other comedian laugh. Romesh is completely different, he's just an annoying, unfunny lefty, I actually find him irritating. Nobody could say Romesh is even a tenth of the talent Sean had.

Am I wrong in thinking that freestyle rap still out of necessity involves following certain known rhymes and beats? I mean, I know some people are quick but there's no way someone can actually do sustained, off the cuff and good rap... The reason it takes practice is because you learn words and phrases that piece together to form raps?
