I chose allying with the KDF since all three factions share a common foe and Temer gave his life to save a Klingon diplomat,something like that is worth having the Klingon empire as an ally.

You know, I've always wondered why the Federation was constantly under attack by something from the Klingons to the Borg and everything else in between. it wasn't until meeting this guy that it ALL MADE SENSE. The other powers invade and try to destroy the Federation just to SHUT THEM THE HELL UP!

At the moment, I believe you can get those ships with your level up ships, there's a few ships on each side that you can't use with the other...but I think the cross faction flying thing they added lets you fly all of them that way if you either bought it in the zen shop or got a Klingon to 65.

I, for one, would love to see the Klingon storyline at some point. This Romulan Republic path has been amazing at showing us a point of view other than that of the Federation, but still a view of eventual peace, honor, hope, and moral justice, proving that even those who once might have been our enemies can hold these ideals dear and in high regard.

I believe, at the moment, this ends at about 1/3 the way through the Romulan story. Recently worked through them on a Delta Recruit to get the rest of the potential account rewards there.

You've only just started the Romulan campaign, really. It doesn't peak until after you stop an all-out attack on Mol'Rihan by Tal'Shiar and Elachi forces.

The way that Temer died and the immediate reaction it had from the Klingons feels.... It feels right. Its compelling to me to Join the Klingons because its more personal. Your commander gave his life to save the Klingon ambassador. The Fed's would be quick to forget this one sacrifice, but to the Klingons there would be songs of this day back on the homeworld for decades to come.

The Federation just wants to assimilate the Romulans. So that is why I join the Klingons. I just wish Cryptic never made the Romulan Empire evil villans and the Republic the virtuous good guys and you could join one of them sides.

A later episode in the Future Proof arc reveals that the Romulans did join the Federation in full. So in my opinion it makes sense for your Romulan Repuplic character to be a part of the Federation.

I think that the last explosive was the one that Dtan had found however had it teleported into view so that he could use it as evidence. All the other romulan bombs were hidden. Why didn’t they teleport the last one into somewhere hidden and wait for it to go off rather than in plain view?

Tal Shiar always try and leave agents to get the jobe done. Also while D'tan did disarm the bomb what's stopping it from having both a secondary detonator and relocation protocol installed. D'tan didn't have access to tricorders or demotech in the conference room like the player has.

I like the Feds more but the KDF does have more fun - the game's emphasis on blowing away untold numbers of ships and ground troops makes more sense with them and they have better Doff Missions: less boring analyze random anomalies and talky meetings more pirate raids and general mayhem. Also those awesome early KDF missions which unfortunately I think are mostly Klingon-only like 'Afterlife'/'The Gates of Gre'thor' where you storm Klingon Hell itself and 'Bringing Down the House' where you take part in a Bat'leth Tournament on Forcas III. It will be nice to see Hale again, I wonder if he's been enjoying his time out of the spotlight by taking some time for some R&R on the beaches of Risa. ;)

Y'know, hindsight being what it is, it probably might not have been in our best interest to make a temporal clone of Admiral T'nae, then leave her imprisoned in a Secret Tal Shiar rape camp for 3/4's of a Century. and it was probably an even worse idea to take her mind and memories and pour them into this T'nae. Just saying. I mean this was her view on Romulans Before she got all those other T'nae's memories. The Big official Vulcan/Romulan Family Reunion is gonna be a bit awkward now isn't it?

Well think about it from the Former Captain of the Relatively when he had to live 15 years on 1990's Earth. T'nea at least had a planet that didn't have much in the way of f-ing up with timeline shenanigans. Plus other than being high security I think Tasha was the only one in the worse situation.

Certainly a more put together narrative than the primary factions have. The Klingon story in particular feels like a step backwards. And the Federations feels bland. This and the Vanguard Jem'Hadar both feel more put together and compelling. I haven't tried the Discovery era Federation yet so I can't speak for that line.
