I'm a little guilty of this. I'm 6'1 and ripped with abs, and in super good shape. And I struggle with being able to approach or communicate with women. I notice that when I'm with short, and unattractive men, that women will talk with them, more than they will want to speak to me. I get my share of choosing signals or looks, I even had gay men stop me on the street and call me over smh. But I've been single for years now. I have a healthy mindset, but I'm too focused on the gym and looking good, that I don't even apply it to real life interactions.

The only real solution for non select men is to improve. Like Rom said some men can find their perfect match at any level but the chances will always go up the more attractive as a whole man we are. It’s crazy. I work in a gym and see guys “trying” to get in shape. Some have no idea what to do. Same workouts everyday. No progressive overload. You can tell their diet is shit. Not enough protein. Too much cardio, not enough weight training. People ask me what I’m doing to improve, I tell them consistency and diet. I’ll get some Women saying I’m scrawny (currently on a cut), while another will literally feel me up at work. When they call me scrawny, they usually are out of shape and are like 40% body fat lol. I may not get all of the Women I want, but when you’re getting Women half your age checking for you, you know you’re on the right track. Body game works, but you can’t just haphazardly go to the gym without knowledge and a plan to improve. KZbin has a ton of fitness channels…

This was excellent, I was having this conversation with my coach last week. There are simply some uncomfortable realities we have to accept as guys, whichever side of this you fall on, we have this expectation that life is fair and it simply isn’t. A-lot of the arguments are arguments to be had with god, attraction really cannot be negotiated and we are never going back.
