He sounded really good. At least he sung a gospel hymn. He is really feeling the lost of his good friend over 60 years. They all grew up together in the Motor City. This is a Home going services and not a concert or a show. God Bless Ron Isley

I don't know what people were talking about. His voice was fine. It's obvious he was emotional, but his singing was not bad. I just saw him perform live a few weeks ago...he definitely hasn't lost his voice. Some people think if a person isn't hollering & yelling the whole song then it's not good singing 🤦♀️
@lynn61916 жыл бұрын
hollering and yelling is not singing thank you for mentioning that I love Ron Isley and his brothers music been listening to them since the 70's 😍💃🙅🙌😄😘

I specifically searched for THIS particular video because I have never heard a rendition of this song sung with such emotion and anointing. Here I am, in the middle of the night, touched by his pain. Thank you, Mr Biggs.

When you are at A Celebration Of Life standing before the casket of a loved one. It is incredibly hard to maintain your composure. I wrote and recited a poem specifically for my Mom during hers and all you know is to get through it. No matter what continue to press forward. And that is exactly what Brother Ronald Isley is doing. He obviously loves, respects and misses his Sister Aretha. I feel you, Mr. Isley. Let GOD will walk you through the pain.

When you've grown up in the Church you would understand this anointing . This was beautiful! Like my Grandma would say, "Go to the devil" with your ugly comments.
