For people that don't know, Ronnie Tutt was the drummer for Elvis Presley from 1969-77.

I know this is 5 years old but never too late I guess, the song you're thinking of I believe is Chamber of Reflection which samples Footsteps in the Dark by The Isley Brothers in the beginning

anyone know the record thats starts off with a dude talking about drums and how he along with his band begins to create a song from the ground up? I think he starts to demonstrate a groove and then the guitar and bass begin to lay something down while he continues to muse on creating music??
