This put a big smile on my dial this morning Ronny! :) The footage, the aerials, the slow mo's all adds to it. The smoking was pretty special and we're all stoked you fellas were able to experience it. Humbling to see it on-screen mate. Sally is a star!! Can't wait for the next episode. Love your work and to all the boys along for the ride for their efforts and making it a trip to remember. HOW GOOD IS IT!!!!

Malcom Douglas inspired me to travel the outback when i was a kid in the 80s. First trips to the outback were finally accomplished last decade (btw, i live in Melbourne so... you know the drill....smash the kms for 2 or 3 days .and road side camping to get to the destination as quick as possible due to time constraints). Ronny Dahl, your channel continues to inspire me to get out there and visit the Oz outback and the communities. Cheers!!!

Yeah bloody awesome video Ronny. Great to see the interactions with the locals and their culture. Used to have a truck driver come in who came from the Gulf country and he would chat about his family and their culture. Also had a great outlook on life in general and was one of the most inspiring people I have ever met.

I had the privilege of visiting doon doon a few years ago as a family friend was a teacher at their school. What a stunningly beautiful place it is, I would really love to go back some day and re experience the place and some of the wonderful people who call it home.

North American indigenous peoples burn sage for a similar ceremony. Interesting to see how ceremonial traditions can span the globe. Having participated in those ceremonies I can really relate to what you were experiencing. Great episode, as usual.

It's bloody hard work & much more time consuming than people realize, especially solo. At least Ronny has a few helpers but then again, he's setting up a heap of gear for multiple angles of each shot to, so he bloody needs it.

Ronny and the boys put in a mammoth effort on this trip. We only had to drive about 100km that day, but we still arrived in the dark because of all the filming. The results speak for themselves though
