Awesome videos guys. Way better those other mainstream channels that have lost touch with the blue collar Aussie who loves a camp and 4x4

I drive a old mitsubishi canter with 4d33 motor with no 4wd in mountain roads and muddy tracks, Ronny shares some techniques with his 4wheeling experience and i used some of it to help me with my journey. Thank you so much for sharing those wonderful videos. I have more room for gaining my experience in the future thanks to him. From Philippines with love.

I used to drive to the top of Mt Nameless in my 1971 LC GTR Torana. I was working on the NW Tom Price town site construction in 1977. The construction camp we lived in was at the foot of Mt Nameless ... you'll never guess what it was called? ... Mt Nameless Camp! There was a bloke in the camp with a hang glider and he used to leap from the top of the mount ... I wonder if he's still alive! I recall stripping third gear the last time I navigated that track. It was a hairy drive but I thought I was a rally driver. I drove the car back to Perth with three gears. The 4 speed Opel gearbox was known to be under designed for the Holden Red six. I rebuilt the gearbox myself.

It is SA (South African) brand, which seems to be rebranded as MaxTrax - it is called indeflate (for both inflating and deflating). He has a review on the channel as well.

it has a name- Jardunmunha- it’s not just Nameless... please do proper research for your audience. These names are significant to the traditional owners. I know it’s all about 4WD but if you are working in partnership with the Shire and showcasing the region, at least give the correct information...
@Ronny_Dahl3 жыл бұрын
Unless we have locals from that actual area we can chat to and get the real correct info I’m not going into things like that as it would be disrespectful if something wasn’t quite correct. It’s a touchy subject as is with that mountain hence its official and unofficial name.
@bluejuiceist3 жыл бұрын
@@Ronny_Dahl thats how the proper names of places continue to be left out- because people don’t use them. Don’t mean to stir the pot just pointing it out and something to think about as people travel around this ancient land✌️ Ps. Jardunmunha means “place of rock wallaby” if you’re lucky you’ll see them up there 🙂
@paintandpinotinperth78684 ай бұрын
Glad this has been raised! Disappointed with Ronnie’s response. I’m here now and there is plenty of info around town about its correct name. I’m ashamed of the BS white supremacy names some of our most spectacular locations have been given. We need to change and embrace our cultural heritage, not be afraid to raise “touchy subjects”! I’d hope Ronnie today would have a better response.
