Amen. The phrase “ man up “ has always been around for men being weak or throwing tantrums and not taking accountability. Yet, whenever women like Ronda treat people badly just because of who she is and refuses to take accountability those same type of men end up blowing smoke up their ass’s and come up with excuses for them. Ronda needs to “ woman up “ and accept some accountability especially at her age.

This isn't coming out of no where, Ronda is doing some sort of media tour to promote something, and is bringing up that she had so much accumulated damage from training that anyone was going to beat her on those nights she lost. She blames everything from a bad mouthpiece to sleeping issues, and previous stuff. However, she won't acknowledge that she loat because her opponents were just better that night. Ronda ia alao going on outlets that wont challenge her, so shes spreading crazy false narratives about multiple industries, like the wwe too.

In a way I want to feel bad for Ronda because I remember her telling stories that sounded a lot like her mom abused her growing up. She said she'd wake up for school with her mom attacking her in an armbar. She had unrealistic expectations to always win and was pressured to compete in the sport her mom loved. That said, it's still no excuse for her horrible sportsmanship and treatment of other people which is undeniable.

there's these champs, usually overhyped champed, that distance themselves from every other athlete, they're these divas or whatever that feel they're too good to be around the others and they retire and sit in their rocking chair alone, sharapova is another one that comes to mind but ronda needs to come back for just one fight and with a legit coach, against miesha or carano, 2 women that likely won't head kick her or punch her into another oblivion and give a nice battle and hang the gloves up that way win or lose, her legacy is tarnished, a tragic tale and she needs to fix that, anyway it almost looks like ronda just loves playing the victim, look at her appearance in all these interviews..she doesn't even wear makeup, looking like she's in some battered women group, to be fair..ronda faced the last two people she shoulda faced, nunes has the most dangerous hands and holly has the most dangerous legs...and ronda's coach was garbage..although every time she speaks I feel it was less of his fault
