Just avoid non-organic red meat. If you buy dairy, buy organic. If you buy fish, make sure it's wild caught. If you buy eggs, make sure they're organic. I'm starting to see grass-fed organic red meat in stores but it's like $5-6 per pound. Veganism is actually an inherently unhealthy diet and something I would suggest you avoid.
