I really like how this series has presented Drew as more of a rival to Ash, while May's focus on on Harley. It's an interesting change of pace.

I have foreseen that Ash's Grovyle, Feebas and Vibrava will evolve in the next episode or 2 because now that Ash has 5 badges, his pokemon will need to evolve in order to win in the last 3 gyms as well as the Hoenn League.

This was really great. You have done a excellent job as always. You continue to build a arc with grovyle and i hope ash and grovyle can understand each other. The contests were really good and i loved the gym battle. And you continue to build up both team aqua and team magma. Phantom had only him not doing much before.

I must say that this what if has become one of my favorite rewrites, it was an interesting idea to adapt the different kinds of contests such as strength style, class, beauty and intelligence from the pokemon video games not only gives variety to the competitions but also It also allows more interactions between the rivals and I liked the detail that now Drew is a rival for both Ash and May, 5 stars 👍.

The contest was well done. It shows that Ash is growing as a coordinator even if Drew doesn’t view him as one. If Harley keeps this up he will get banned from contest one day. The gym battle was well done. Though I’m wondering what happened to Torcole
