Props to the Architect, that 2 Frieren can fight in the same room is actually tough, though. This is the only fight where frieren used anything but ordinary offensive spells. Serie the clichee Tsundere xD but i love that you can sense that serie has the heart on the right spot. The parallels to frieren and fern are great

Serie is such an interesting character. I've watched a couple of people seeing her as some kind of villain or "evtl elf", but that's not true at all. She has her principles and is much deeper than it looks on the surface.

While for me she comes across as an antagonist for this arc, she never registered as a “villain” to me. She played her cards close to the chest, so I knew I just needed to give her time. All her scenes are really fascinating.
