Man i wish i could talk to this guy, i was in football from 2011-2018 and i have 4 injuries that affect me every day to this day. A lower back disc problem(unsure if it is bulged or damaged, ive gotten conflicting reports), a shoulder that has been separated(not dislocated) 8 times, a knee problem that i was told was a strained patellar tendon but is now affecting the sides of my knee, and an either high ankle sprain or partially torn achillies. For context i got the back injury in 2015(just before the start of my sophomore season in high school), the knee injury in November of 2015, the shoulder injury in the 3rd game of 2016, and the achillies/high ankle sprain my last high school football game in 2017. I then went on to play colllege but i really screwed up those injuries and even messed up my right hip some but it isnt a daily problem like the others. I wish i could talk to that guy.
