Okay, here's what I see and how I see it (winner 3p, second 2, third 1) FDB: all 3 look amazing, but I have to give Ronnie the nod, he flows great, everything is there. For arms, Phil is better than Jay, but Jay looks tremendous as well, he is wider and I like his legs and midsection more. Very close, I'd say it's a tie. 3, 1.5-1.5 FLS: I can give this to Jay, although Ronnie's conditioning is better. Phil falls short due to his structure - this is not his pose. Ronnie: 2, Jay: 3, Phil: 1 Side chest: good pose for both but Jay has slightly worse conditioning than the other 2. Between Ron and Phil it is crazy hard to decide. I'd favor Ronnie for his chest is better and hamstring looks better (although Phil shows more glute striation and the further arm is ridiculous). Ronnie flows better. This is extreme close...Ronnie: 3, Jay: 1, Phil: 2 Side Tricep: it's Phil Heath time! Perfect execution and muscles for this one. Ronnie falls short and looks awkward. Jay is amazing but can't hang with Phil. Ronnie: 1, Jay: 2, Phil: 3 Rear lat spread: I think we may agree that Jay only has width compared to the other 2. That's not enough for me. Phil has tremendous back separation, detail and veins, crazy. Ronnie's wings are amazing and shows a christmas tree in the pose. God level lower body compared to Phil's world-class. Ronnie by a hair, but depends what are you looking for. Ronnie: 3, Jay: 1, Phil: 2. Back double: Phil is the GOAT of this pose. No questions. Ronnie does enough to withhold Cutler. Ronnie: 2, Jay: 1, Phil: 3 Abs and thighs: Ronnie looks decent but the other 2 look great. I like Jay more, his messy midsection is chizzled and those legs are striated af! Ronnie: 1, Jay: 3, Phil: 2 MM: wow, the hands clasped is CRAZY close in my book! Ronni brings a nasty conditioning but Phil is fuller however Jay is almost aesthetic while is a nice in-between of the other 2. Let's see the crabs: hmm, this is close as well but Jay is slightly behind the other 2. My eyes are drawn to Phil although Ronnie seems like a valid winner as well, but you can say that it is like the side chest but the other way: Ronnie: 2, Jay: 1, Phil: 3. Total:------------ Ronnie: 3+2+3+1+3+2+1+2 = 17 pts (won 3, lost 2) Jay: 1,5+3+1+2+1+1+3+1 = 13,5 pts. (won 2, lost 4) Phil: 1,5+1+2+3+2+3+2+3 = 17,5 pts. (won 3, lost 1) Holy fuck, Phil won by the smallest of margins!

Well allow me to explain my reasoning sir. *Front double bicep*- Ronnie for his superior bicep peaks V taper. *Front Lat spread*- Ronnie easily best lat flare and chest is easily the best of the 3, Jays waist is too wide which make his late less visible and Phil is too narrow. *Side Chest*- Ronnie his Chest has a fullness that Phil can only dream of and his arms look even bigger than Phil's. Phil is displaying his lower body better but Ronnie has already done enough upstairs. *Side Tricep*- Probably Phil, Jay has the best execution but Phil most likely has the 2nd best triceps in history behind only Roelly Winklaar. Ronnie has always struggled in this pose. *Back Double Bicep*- Ronnie as he's more developed in the lower body and his back is thick with great detail, Phil is sharper bit the discrepancy in conditioning is made up by the advantage of size that Ronnie possesses over Phil and in bodybuilding all things being equal bigger is better. *Rear Lat spread*- I'd say Ronnie takes this he's much wider than Phil still has crazy thickness and still has the advantage in the lower body. Phil is good in this pose but the lighting is helping Phil a lot. It's still a crazy pose but he's too narrow to compete with Ronnie who has a better structure and is 2-3 inches taller to boot. *Ab and thighs*- I'll give it to Jay because of his feathered quads and cut abs. however you could make an argument for Ronnie being second in this pose because despite having worse abs and Phil I think he has to Superior structure and so had the better V taper fill in a bad guys always come across as bottom-heavy and very very narrow in the upper body but I'll give Phil second. *Most muscular*- Phil wins this one, it's one of if not his best pose. But you can't disregard that ronnie displays more detail in the way of striations in this pose. In MY OPINION Ronnie wins 5 out of 8 poses Jay wins 1 and Phil wins 2.
