Fouad, the uk is not Linked to Europe markeds, you need to put your warehouse within the EU. Else there will be Import fees, and would be the Same as shipping from a warehouse in USA. So UK warehouse will only go for uk markets while a EU warehouse will go for alle eu
@FouadAbiad15 күн бұрын
I understand there will be import fees. The shipping itself will be much cheaper. For now the warehouse is in the UK, later on we will have one in the EU.

I was falling asleep on the bus listening to the podcast and the progesterone talk woke me up lol. When women are on their menses for 3-5 days progesterone is the lowest. It's actually the withdrawal of progesterone that causes the lining to shed. Further Caber or Cabergoline is a Dopamine agonist that reduces levels of prolactin. Technically speaking high prolactin causes low progesterone and interferes with regular cycles. Decreasing prolactin does not decrease progesterone.

40:43 hopefully you have a buffer person who off sets the bad parents, this person was my grandma. This all comes from the ACE studies of how many things you have had to go through at a young age, I think a lot of people that lift or bodybuilders went through this and find comfort in applying yourself to lifting and taking control of your body and life

Fouad, If Ronnie stayed the same size as 99 and never grew after that… would anyone ever beat him? Did he have to grow? Would jay have beat him in 2001? We both agree that’s the best physique ever but hindsight is 20/20.

@@FouadAbiaddoesn’t everyone agree that 99 Ronnie is the best physique of all time tho? So is that false since its beatable? We’d have to say 2003 Ronnie then?
@FouadAbiad15 күн бұрын
It’s the greatest physique of all time. That doesn’t mean it’s the most unbeatable physique of all time. Ie. Lee Haney could be one of the top 5-10 best physiques of all time. That doesn’t mean that there isn’t 10 people that can’t beat him. Different eras bring different qualities. Most unbeatable physique of all time maybe Ronnie 2001 or 2003.

1:58:37 Cruiser, naked or sport.. It really depends on your percentage. Naked adds 10% to your total, sports adds 15% (20% if your leathers and helmet colour-match the bike) Cruisers get a little more complex, Japanese cruisers add at least 20% and is a statement that you identify as a lesbian, triumph are neutral 0% whereas Harleys actually subtract a minimum of 10% depending on the model.. So if you're sitting at 21% or less, go for it but any higher than that and your risking being higher than Iains 41% 🤣🤣
