I think she has a point, Barry spent all season 3 trying to find a way to save iris from savitar but when Caitlin became killer frost, he just gave up. He promised her when he went to 2024 that he would find her and save her. And after HR sacrificed himself for Iris, all he and iris cared about was getting married? And the only people who really cared about Caitlin in season 3 were Julian and Cisco. "Go save Caitlin and I'll go save iris", Barry remembers that Cisco lost his hand in the fight against killer frost, thank goodness gypsy was there just in time to save him. Oh and gypsy could've taught Cisco how to block the speedster's speed and maybe Cisco could've saved iris from savitar and no one on team flash died And in season 6 Barry almost traded Carver's life to save Iris

I mean it's not really hypocritical when you think about the storyline and not try to include every other character and their relationships in it.. The flashes storyline is quite literally about him and iris and how they're soulmates in every universe and on any other earth. It's not supposed to be centered around anyone else's relationship. If that was the case the team wouldn't be called Team Flash. It'd be called something that has a mixture of all of their names put together. And Caitlin has always thrown her relationship with ronnie and losing ronnie in everyone's face. Especially when she first met Barry and started to treat him like he was ronnie. It's not fair and she literally does it every chance she gets! The only reason she's clinging on to Ronnie right now is because she feels like she cant be happy in the risk of them dying or leaving her. Which isn't fair to herself. But does not give her the right to try to bring Barry and his relationship into it when it's not true. She literally blew up on frost out of jealousy. The only time Barry has chosen Iris over someone else's life is when he had super speed thinking and that was because his speed force was out of wack and even then he didn't pick her because he loved her for her. He picked her because it was logical.

Barry has done some REALLY selfish things but Iris has never been in danger to the point where he had to chose between Iris or someone else to save. The biggest mistake Barry made was creating flashpoint, which he did to save his mother not for iris even though by doing that he created a evil clone that tried to kill iris. but even during then he still found time to save everyone else even though Iris was to be fucking executed. Hell Barry told Caitlin that he didn't trust jay garrick (Zoom) but she convinced him and in the end zoom fucked her up and killed barry's father. It's like everyone wants to make the exact same mistake Barry makes and then throws it in his face and tells him they can do it just because he did it. Which isn't fair at all. And I don't even like Iris. You said Barry can always go back in time and make everyone forget but that's not true... There's things call time remnants and he'd basically become a dark flash just like zoom did and become stuck in the speed force forever.

He went back in time in season 1 finale, his future self told him not to save his mom, so he went back to the present, and the singularity formed after Eddie killed himself. Then Barry has the audacity to go back in time in the season 2 finale when zoom killed his dad. Barry knew the risks. Even when Cisco asked him to go back in time to save Dante Barry said no, but when Barry saw that Savitar killed Iris literally the first thing to come to his mind is that he was gonna go back in time to save her... Barry is incredibly selfish and even more hypocritical.

I completely understand and agree with Caitlin even when she was in her frost stage in season 3 with everything she said while Barry was right everyone else bends over backwards to help Barry and iris in their time of need. Even still Barry should’ve at least tried that’s the point Caitlin Was getting across he wasn’t even willing to try and just didn’t give a damn in her time of need. I do think Ronnie is in there somewhere and the deathstorm was lying about how Ronnie died. They need to give Caitlin and Ronnie a happy chance even if Caitlin and Ronnie leave and just have frost.

There’s a reason Killer Frost is Killer Frost in the comics. What Caitlyn said about Barry and Iris is true, I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the turning point for Frost to turn into Killer Frost. All that pain and hypocrisy built up from having Ronnie away and Team Flash not wanting to help would make anyone, especially a widowed wife go insane. Even if Frost is now split from Caitlyn, wouldn’t be surprised if Frost takes this news more extreme than Caitlyn took it. Great storyline to turn Frost into Killer Frost. I hope someone understands where I’m trying to get at because I can’t really explain it without going into extreme detail.

I don’t even watch this show like that, I’m more anime then anything honestly. But didn’t Barry a.k.a The Flash, just try his damn best to prove that some meta dad that had fire powers that he was innocent, and tried his damn best to prove everybody in Team Flash wrong, that he was innocent. Didn’t that just happen a few episodes ago? So now that they know it’s Ronnie, instead of thinking of a way to save him, possibly get rid of his powers and make him have a normal body/life, they’re wanting to end his life, or in their mindsets, “suffering”? ....This doesnt even make any sense.. Those are two very different situations... A father being FRAMED for murder all because his meta abilities fit the crime scene and he has a record is not the same as Ronnie having being burning alive for YEARS in that fucking fire. Ronnie literally went to cecile who is a EMPATH so she was telling the truth when she said she THINKS ronnie wants to be set free and for them to help them end his suffering. She literally felt it. And it's not like they refuse to save him dude. They just wanted to let Caitlin know about what happened but clearly Caitlin is so focused on getting the old ronnie back that she is completely ignoring how Ronnie feels. I just loved it how Grant Gustin kept defendant Candice like fans were being racist beings were not being racist fans were outraged how bad show actually got how they scrap Red Death.
