Making Ao-Nang our base we explored the drop dead gorgeous province of Krabi. First up we took the 4 island tour which covers Poda, Chicken and Tub islands, and ends with one of the most beautiful beaches in all of south east Asia - Phra Nang Beach. We took a boat up river to check the very cool caves at Khao Khanab Nam. Then we made our way up 1272 steep steps to see the serene golden Buddha at the Tiger Cave Temple. And finally - one of the best hiking trails we ventured on in Thailand - Dragon Crest. We had totally underestimated the province of Krabi and we can’t wait to go back for more!

Just arrived home from 3 weeks in Thailand. Like you I was swept away by Krabi! The islands, Hong Island in particular for me was my absolute favourite, just so so beautiful! Stayed on Railay for the last 6 days to really disconnect to reconnect, as you say :) I had a special kind of affinity with Phra nang beach, it feels like a little slice of paradise that is still somewhat accessible. Tonsai beach was also incredible for a real chill out away from others. Loving you vlogs, you're really helping to take away that paradise blues 🙏🏼

The steps to Tiger Cave temple are no joke. They are narrow and tall as i am only 5 ft. tall! Like you said, it was so worth it. I have not been to Thailand in about 10 years, and I am watching all your videos and just remembering it all. Some scenes have brought tears to my eyes just remembering the magic of it all traveling by myself all over that beautiful country.

Reminded me of our Krabi trip. We were greeted by a storm during the 4 islands trip and our long tail just tossed around the choppy seas. The best part - I was the only male apart from the pilot in this trip and we were a total of 12 people. I still remembered the pilot laughing at me when all voted to come back after the first island. Apparently I was the only one who voted to go ahead 🤣🤣🤣
