A very teachable moment for Andy in hearing about Bobby's experiences growing up in the projects. Must be very frustrating for Police to ask for help from the community knowing full well that very few will come forward and give information. There are many reasons why citizens do not want to offer up help...BUT...when these same citizens complain about the "Thin Blue Line" being used to protect Cops, are they themselves pretty much doing the same when withholding information that could help solve cases? Just a thought on how I see one aspect of "Loose Lips Sink Ships". Great clip January. I will be slugging this around in my head for awhile trying to "understand" both sides of this coin! Salute From Ohio To The BLUE Community!
