Scott Allan Campbell played Sgt. Martens on NYPD Blue. Working in the I.A.B., he became a non-enemy of Andy and the squad. His delivery of this line, " Will someone SHUT HIM UP?!? " was melodic and funny! Cracks me up every time I hear it!
