They get on about Newcastle fans been loud and passionate,dortmund fans showed us up and showed us what a loud fan base sounds like, St James park was like a morgue at times we only seem to be loud when we winning and even then most of the noise comes from the gallowgate

​@nufcryan3871 you're right, it was actually all about the drums, even their fans couldn't keep ot up, there's plenty of Toon fans using megaphones, maybe that's our answer & there was only about 50 or so Ultras that were noisy, in fact radgies. Nah, don't like that , I think these are more like roughnecks for whom the football attracts them simply in order to fight . It took ages to get that out of our game & to glorify a#ses like that is just wrong ! I hope, after this the police ban these marches , no matter what UEFA want !

and, for absolute certain there was no for than 1,000 in that march with maybe 20 to 30 across the front with their mates behind , mostly just chanting & causing no bother. If you watched the various podcasts as many gathered in the Bigg Market but some had decided to do their own thing & had already moved to the Monument, amongst that lot was one man , all in black & with a beer belly but that didn't stop him waving on & egging lads to come towards him (for a fight the way he was jumping from side to side & dodging toward them) he was seen there , at every point from then on, culminating in him managing to actually have a physical altercation where the road narrowed just past the burger van serving folks at the East stand , now there were no police there to stop them at that point they were at the front and back of the BVB fans . They lost control, I say again, ban the marches, it's OUR city that was gridlocked for hours beforehand & this could've got really nasty had there been a few more like that one German fruitloop !
