To make a long lasting roof. Put many bamboo frames, almost like a basket weave style. Then staple thick clear plastic on top roof frame. Then mix dry grass with clay and cover all plastic. Once the sun bake the clay. It's very strong.

Boris, maybe you might consider my idea on how to put a roof on your shed by using bamboo roof tiles ( check the internet )... you have bamboos in your property if I'm not mistaken.... it will last for some time instead of buying metal roofing which is more expensive... thank you...get well soon Darlene.....

@@enricoavenido2718 It's cool.. and cheap but it will leak eventually as the bamboo will start to break down. I know as I used this at my kubo as well and less than 1 year it rotted out.

This is just a suggestion. Maybe it is better for you to improve first the house you are staying. Develop first your surroundings so that you can plant veggies wherein you can watch everyday make it more presentable and at the same time do some chores in your other lands. Doing It all at the same is tiring and d kayo matatapos. Do it one at a time. Plan what you are going to improve first....Mahirap ang sabay sabay if you know what i mean. Maybe you can find older used roofsheets fill the holes with bodyfiller and than sand, put primer on it and you have a stronger roof then when you buy new sheets and cheaper

Corrugated Plastic Roofing is usually cheap enough for temporary and sturdy to last till you are ready to build.

I agree with the one who commented that instead of using tarp as roofing, hard plastic roofing will be sturdier, long lasting and cheaper than metal roofing. Plastic roofing also comes in different colors. Use bamboo as your trusses as they are more durable than branches of trees.

The canopy n woods/slubs were broken because the materials u used were not strong & sturdy!! Used hardwoods & the roofings supposed to be tins not the light weight materials!! Comes the storms in the philippines it will be flown away from the gutsy winds!!😢😢
