Great video, Just have a query. I recently started my local seo agency (solo). So if i get a client. Do i have to take over their GMB profile ( like i run and manage the google account). Or to do these changes that you mentioned in the video

I have one client that prefers to make all of the GMB changes themselves since they use Yext. I still have access to their account, but they are a chain and need everything to be approved by the marketing team before it goes out on their GMB account. Where I come in is by having weekly Local Falcon reports running to measure their success after we make changes. If I notice we are losing ranks / or having a hard time improving the rankings for non-brand keywords, I send over a list of steps for them to take, which they do. So, all in all, you don't have to take over their GMB profile, but they (client) will need to make the changes you suggest to see success.
