hey Roy, you haven't responded to me about the new John Deere conversion you did in regards to how many amp hours it consumes in idle and runtime and at what voltage... thought you might have missed the comment... would love to know. thank you!

Sorry, Been busy! It draws about 20 amps at idle. Once moving it is drawing 60 amps at full speed. Initial acceleration can draw upwards of 100 amps......This is all with the 48v motor operating with only 36 volts. At 48 volts the power is nearly unmanageable. Can you say "Wheelies!"...So far I'm loving the Hydro aspect of this JD 316 tractor. So much better than the gear drive 214.
