Hi Chris, i saw your trip detail and worry about most place you plan to go, it very mass of crowd. For another alternative i suggest Khao Lak Beach in Pang-nga and Surin Islands national park for a southern trip. In BKK after visit grand palace you can take a ferrie boat across Chaopraya river to eating and local shopping place call Wang Lang. Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai are chic town, if you come next time (winter season) in Chiang Rai - let's go to Doi Tung Royal palace and local tribe lifestyle in Doi Mae Sa-long.

12th trip! amazing, I want to go so bad, am deciding how I'll manage. London doesn't fly direct to Phuket where I want to go, so I'd have to do a 7hr fight to Dubai, then 6hr to Phuket, scary when I don't like flying at all! You must know a lot about this country!

They have a hard job dealing with lots of people everyday and these here seem all beyond amazing. Especially Phone, with a great sense of humor too. My heart melted 😍

You need to go to Above Eleven rooftop bar in Soi 11, they have Peruvian Japanese cuisine, amazing view. Need to book on Fridays and Saturdays.

You must chuck out the only jungle theme rooftop bar, in Bangkok and if you go to the Sofitel in see Reep Cambodia, you will not be disappointed

Chris, you're spot on! A good chunk of Thai men love sausages and cucumbers 😎 I can't keep up with these rooftops. There are two-three new ones every month it seems. There's a fabulous eatery in Soi Pippat 2 off Convent Road off Silom Road called EAT ME. Haven't seen any vlogger whether Thailand-based or visiting cover it yet. Interested in being the first? That was the ultimate haunt when I lived in Bangkok.

I've just been to 54 rooftop bars on my six week trip to Bangkok. Returning to the US in a couple of days! Over the years, I've been to about 85 rooftop bars in the city. I have researched and found that there are about 110.
