Very big difference mentally. As you go higher up, the visual space below you will appear much smaller due to the increase in height. If you've ever climbed something tall with a landing point below you, like a 7m rope over a foam pit, you'll know what I mean. At the top it looks like you could easily miss the pit, even though it's too big for that to happen, and that can be a little unnerving. At the top of a pole that long, even if the rooftop is expansive enough that you simply cannot go over the edge, at the top it will appear as if you could miss and drop 5 stories. The stunts are difficult on their own, but the added psychologic element adds to the challenge.
