Starting a rookie high draft choice and then benching him and starting QB2 and later QB3 spells certain doom for the former QB1. Which is why you’ve never heard of a QB named Terry Bradshaw.

Here's what will happen...the exact opposite of what Spielman thinks. Competent GMs who are good evaluators don't get unceremoniously dumped. This guy sucks.
