Oh my, the hug Ostarra gave Dad was so adorable. You are great parents who show your children to show open emotion and affection. She knew how much her Daddy has been working on her princess bedroom. Tht truly brought tears to my eyes, good tears. I wish I could sew your curtains for you. I've done that for every place we've lived in, and each child's room, with matching quilts. I think you did a great job on the one wall with the mural! I did something similar to my daughter's bedroom. ❤😊

She is so adorable! I hope she enjoys her big girl bedroom! I had a bright pink room when I was a little girl. My big girl bed was a canopy bed that my parents got cheap but they had to remove the canopy over the bed because I wouldn’t sleep in it! It terrified me because of a movie called 13 Ghosts. Old movie. I still get the chills when I see one of those beds. I just love those windows in both rooms. I would have plants everywhere! Great job Spanky! Great job Pixi and Ostarra! I can only imagine how difficult this is for you. Dunking my beetle I got with my girls, letting go if the corsets a friend bought for them and never used.... I have a popcorn tin full of crayons and coloring books from out visitations that I'm never getting rid of. Even the photos with their abuser I hold onto because I cannot stand the thought of deleting anything of them. 💚💚💚 and that's just from losing custody due to instability and homelessness. I also now have a solid plan for next year's Christmas present for you Pixie. I am in awe of how clever and creative you are!!!! When I was 7 years old my mum ( who is an artist,:painting, drawing, photography +++) made me a similar room . Everythink was so beautifully made and everything was in pink, my fave color to this day 💞💕💞.After my son was born, my family called me Mama Rosa..lol... (Rosa is pink in Norwegian). The thrill and excitement watching my room for the first time is one of my best childhood memories.
