Hi we have just come back from saudi on 08/01/23 our stay at Nawazi towers hotel in Makkah was great but in madinah every thing was perfect except the hotel Artel taiba let it down for us the room was fine but the bathroom was a total let down there was no room to shower. To get to the shower you had to go over the toilet there was no space between the shower or the toilet and the sink was sky high we had two rooms booked the other room had a bigger bathroom so we a family of six were just going into the second room to shower. I will never book with Artel Taiba again my kids did not like the experience of staying in this hotel either.
