It worked!! I have a dog, and one day my new Roomba suddenly stopped working. I removed the wheel as shown in the video found a ton of dog hair, and took it out. I also cleaned out the rest of the Roomba throughly and wiped down the sensors and it came back to life. Thank you for this video.

If you want a quick way to hear if the docking charger is working, take a portable AM/FM radio,set it to the AM band to a blank spot on the dial and listen for a buzzing noise with a slight tick tick tick noise. Put the Roomba on the charger and listen the sound is similar. The ticking sound may be faster but at least you know there is activity in dock. You can also test TV remote control buttons to hear the tone in the radio.

I'm curious how long have you had it? We have the E6 and it quit charging. Clean contacts, and all. Cleaned hair from castor wheel, still turns off lights about 1 minute into charging. Called company and they wanted 90.00 for a new battery, but when testing the charger output of 20v, it reads just over 3 Volts.

the Tesvor S6 my neighbor had Didnt even charge a bit Nothing coming etc. Its a new unit it came the same day as it broke 2 or 3 hours later. I opened it and found an inch of dog hair! I was so excited I thought it was finally fixed. However it keeps connecting for a minute then not continuing to charge :( I've cleaned the contact points and tried another few videos.
