I was 10 years old in primary school and EVERYONE in my year level was into sour candy at the time. Me being a nerd, I wanted to know what the in the coating that made sour candies so sour. So i looked it up, found out it was citric acid, a white, powdery substance. I then bought two bottles from the supermarket and sold it to kids at school for $5 dollars a handful. I must've made at least 200 dollars in one day, but the jig was up fast. The teachers found out very quickly as several kids (snitches) complained about stomach aches and went to the school nurse. The school was very quickly put on shut down as the teachers were concerned it was hard drugs (lol) and the police and my parents were called. My mind was going absolutely mental, however when I was in the principals office having a meeting with my parents, i quickly realised I wasn't in trouble with my parents as they laughed as the principal had told them what i'd done when they had found the citric acid in my bag. Was a glorious day, and a even more glorious three days after as I was suspended from school but my parents let me play ps2.

Oof. Yeah, been there. Even worse was when I was 13 and my pad fell into the toilet and I realized just as I flushed... it went too far to get it with a plumbers snake. My dad had to call the plumbers. I tried to hide when the plumber came, but my Dad made me come in the bathroom saying “what IS this?” as the plumber held up what had taken a good hour to retrieve. Finally, it dawned on the plumber, and then my Dad who both looked at me and all of us turned red. The only thing worse was the fact that we were dirt poor and on the verge of being homeless again. That was money we didn’t have. My dad was too embarrassed to say anything, but my Mom ripped me a new one over that.

When I was 6 years our family went to visit a zoo. At the end of the visit we went to the zoo shop. We walked around a bit and then I saw a chest with a bunch of rocks inside it. They were in cool colors and shapes but just rocks so I grabbed one because I thought it was cool. I did not think much about it because I thought it was some sort of prop for the shop. Turns out those rocks weren’t actually on display, they were for sale. They were only like 50 cents or something but I was so scared and sad that the police would come and get me and that I would have to spend the rest of my life in prison. I cried for hours after that and I was absolutely crushed for the rest of the weekend.

I was around 6 or 7 years old, at home with my big brother. He was hitting and insulting me, I was very angry and I tried to throw him something. He dodged, and I broke my parents' computer screen. I was afraid of the reaction my parents would have... Finally, they didn't punish me, they were just very surprised because I was a calm and shy child. 5:10 Roomie talks about feeling worry that his dad will get angry because of the ruined cards. I have few similar situations when I was in highschool. One time I lost a phone charging cable because someone stole it from my bag. I just took another one from home and no one noticed. A while later my dad said he needs to buy more cables and was wondering why there are not enough cables at home. “He just assumed the cables broke over time”. Another time I borrowed my sister’s little mirror to school and a bully stole it from my bag and broke it in half. I was shy so I didn’t defend myself. I never told anyone and my sister didn’t even remember I borrowed her mirror. 😆

Ok so like when I was around 6 or something our class was going to the Church but before we went our teacher told us all these rules and manners we should follow.. it was things like don’t step on the grass, don’t run, don’t make fun of names on gravestones ect. So we had to Wall in pairs and I was talking to my friend and didn’t watch were I was going and accidently stepped on a Cornor of grass.. like it was NOTHING! There wasn’t even a grave there or anything and I barely touched it. My teacher who was right behind us and pointed it out nicely but I was in shock like BADLY. I thought the Cops would Come check the grass... match the foorprint and I would Come in Jail.. I had nightmares about getting arested.. but I couldn’t tell my mom cuz I was scared she was gonna turn me in and on Christmas eve I almost started crying bcs Christmas and Jesus and all that reminded me of it.. (The worst part is something similar happened not long after because I had to go get some snow and accidentally stepped on private property and back to the footprints we were..) Sorry the Essay..
