Love this series! I bet their patio was meant to have a pool but we all know what happened there. The Roomies were loosely based on the characters from New Girl so your idea that they should be renters/roomshares is spot on!

This house holds a special ace in your heart as it was the first house I moved into when I started playing the sims 4, so I’m happy it’s getting the renovation it really deserves !

I’m continually amazed by what you are able to do with just BG. EA just needs to hire you on as a full time builder ❤ Also I don’t know if it was just me, but the audio was a little off on this one. I had to turn my phone up all the way to hear you 😅

You made it so gorgeous!! This is the first video I’ve watched from you and I’m hooked! Part of it for sure is because I LOVE renovation shows that come on the tv. My mom and I always bond over watching those shows together 💓 I really love what you did with the house though, I tried to make it pretty myself but I just want to download yours now 😂

I think you accurately guessed whose room belonged to the boys, but I’d probably swap over Zoe and J’s rooms if I reno this just because the only girl deserves a private bathroom.

My sim is friends with this household and spends a lot of time over here. Very nice renovation! Much better then what I did in my game. :) Like you, one of the first things I did was add a pool in the backyard. lol

Wow, this looks so much better. With all the extra dlc, I often forget about the base game content. First time I'm seeing this green on the walls in play and loving it. Big fan of this almost rustic colour scheme you've done.

I recently suscribed after binging all your base game renovations which were all sooo entertaining and satisfying, so you can't imagine how happy I was when I saw you had updated a new one!!! This one is no exception, I loved it, and can't wait to play with it :) I hope once you're done with this series you'll do one with limited packs as well 🤞

@@EllieCarinait’s from an week long event thingy, pretty sure i’ve seen someone create a room on the gallery with all the items from the event - but there’s a way to access them through cheats but i don’t remember how :’)
