Thanks for the video! This would really be useful for my community server. I personally prefer modmails over ticketing as it's more customisable if you have a custom bot for it. If you don't have a custom bot for the modmails, I would use a ticketing system since the modmail would be jumbled up with other servers if they use the same modmail bot.

I made a custom discord bot that does almost ALL of these. I didn't think about the ticketing or reaction roles system. Thanks for the idea, I also added the voting system for suggestions making my server way more better. I've noticed more engagement and way BETTER moderation with the ticketing system for users to report other users. Also had less users leaving from our constant @/everyone and @/here pings with reaction roles. Thanks for all the ideas!

Thank you! I've done everything except implementing a modmail system (as I feel it's not necessary for the server at this point as we don't get a lot of questions) and using embeds, as I feel my plain messages are fine at this point. Amazing video. :)

Another way to add a good verification system is to have a ticket system so they have to manually open and fill in a short questionnaire to gain access. But some ticket bots don’t let you do multiple ticket categories so make sure to find one that lets you do so.

his words: always, always use staff apps me (a professional discord server manager and activist): never use staff apps note/exception :: It is completely fine to use or not to use staff applications but it is most recommended to not further do such after gaining the preserved community (the "100+ active members" point) if thought necessary. - From there on it is optional to continue with handpicking active contributors. I have my reasons and you can find them out yourself throughout high usage of discord over time.

I use this type of verification: When users join, they wont be able to see any channel except rules role guide server guide verify. When they head to verify, they need to type ?verify and then they will get the role

id prefer using both ticket and modmail seeing a ticket open makes you feel like wasting somebodys time if thats not a pretty important question but if you asked a important question or reported somebody seeing a ticket open gives you a better indication of the progress

in my server i made twitch notify, yt notify and tiktok notify as an optional role. because i absolutly HATE using the @everyone role, i have mod mail in my server, and a server directory, when a new member joins they will only see the rules channel and they have to wait before they can type
