119. This is it: what are 'the rules', how can I say something, how can I express myself and not having 'other people' responding that it's 'my ego' 😂... I have shut up a long time because of this 😢😮😅😂 and NOW it's okay: I say what I CAN express in the most possible way or rather words just appear. and yesss, I am Dutch and English is not my mother tongue... I feel I feel so much more free to just say what comes with whatever words are at hand and it's okay! I also listen to German podcasts and there I feel more spontanious... the thing is: it is not always easy to give words to expression and I love to say things my way which gives some misunderstandings in Dutch already... so writing in Dutch could give not the translation of what like to put forward and myself doing the translation may sound akward too... never mind. Love to you all from The Netherlands ❤❤❤

Heraclitus says more or less that everything gives way and nothing remains. And when he compares what is to the flow of a river, he says that you cannot step into the same river twice. What do you think?
