One time, I was at a DnD session, and my character and another persons had infiltrated a bandit camp. They were having a giant party, and we ended up sneaking off to try and get to the leaders. Someone saw us go, and started to tail us, and my character has really high perception, but really low insight, so to throw them off, my character started making out with the other person's character. A few rounds go by, and the DM keeps having me make insight checks, which I kept failing. The tail finally left once we slid into a tent, and i was able to look at my companion properly. Turns out the insight checks were because she had a crush on me, and had failed the perception tests to know we were being tailed. She thought it was all real, and I was just too stupid to realise it till then.

Correction: An old (but not too old), physically well-built and clearly strong woman talking to a scrawny guy. It'd be really tough for the guy to defend himself from the woman if she decided to do something. Then after the girl whose help he tried to get exclaimed they were engaged, his logic twisted by panic says that he should rub the strange woman's crotch to make it realistic so this scary woman who'd definitely be able to hurt him if she wanted to would leave him alone.
